Kristen Jewell is a driven social justice advocate and business executive from Louisville, Kentucky. She has always been passionate about creating positive change in her community and promoting equality for all.
Jewell's journey in business began while she was still a student at Murray State University, studying Political Science where she worked as a college recruiter part-time. After graduation, she landed an internship with the Commercialization EPI-Center at the University of Louisville, where she gained valuable experience in the business world.
In 2010, Jewell continued to pursue her passion for public service by interning with the U.S. House of Representatives. This experience further solidified her desire to make a difference in her community.
After completing her internships, Jewell later moved on to become a Marketing Manager for Sharpline Solutions Inc.
In 2019, Jewell became the Director of Operations for Silver Edge Dynamics, Inc., where she led the company's efforts to drive growth and success. During her three and a half years in this position, she proved her ability to manage operations and improve overall efficiency.
In 2022, Jewell became the Owner of 38 South LLC, a marketing and management company based in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, she continues to drive the success of businesses while promoting social justice and equality for all.

Danielle Smith is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, business management, and operations. Currently, she serves as a Talent Acquisitions Manager at 38 South LLC, a role she assumed in September 2023. In this capacity, she operates remotely in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area, overseeing crucial aspects of talent acquisition for the company.
Prior to her current role, Danielle held the position of Market Manager at Sunfire Solutions, Inc., a company based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During her four years and seven months tenure there, she honed her skills in business management and operations. Her professional journey commenced at McDonald's, where she held the position of General Manager for an impressive seven years and one month, showcasing her commitment to excellence and leadership in the field.
